Was there for work Christmas party. Appears fun and very busy. The kids that were there was having fun. Rock wall climbing was very busy. Great place for family fun
This is a great place for kids to jump, climb, and have birthday parties. There's a lot for them to do, and there is ample space to do it. The staff is great, though sometimes they need a few more workers on the weekends when it is busy. The rock climbing walls were a big hug with our kids, and the price was reasonable. Just know that on the weekends it can get very busy, so plan in advance. There's a lot of seating for adults to watch too.
Large building with lots of room even when busy. Not as loud as you world expect a building full of children to be. Good food prices. A few arcade games.
They decided to close early on Christmas Eve, which is understandable. But we called before we came out to verify they would be open until 2pm. We arrive and are informed that they’re closing in an hour.
There were plenty of activities for different age groups. My children especially liked the rock climbing walls! My son had so much fun he asked if he could have a birthday party there next year. I would say the only disappointing thing was this; as a parent it was a bit awkward not knowing where to stand/sit to keep an eye on kids. When I did find a seat it was like a hard outdoor bench or the extreme, a plush massaging chair that cost $ and had a time limit to sit in. Great job making exercise fun for the kiddos, but don't forget about the parents who are ultimately paying the entry fee!
